Can I just say these scare me?
Balance issues--- think I will try this with my hands on the backs of chairs rather than on my hips. I may need heavier chairs...
Lunges work your entire chain of leg muscles. Stand
with your feet spread shoulder width apart. With your hands on your hips, step
forward with your right leg and take your left knee to the ground. Return to
the initial standing position and step forward with your left foot, taking your
right knee to the ground.
