How much do you write everyday?
I try to get 3000 words in, but I’m going to up it to 5000 if I can. We’ll see, that might be pushing it! I got a speech to text program for Christmas, but haven’t been able to get into it yet!
What kind of research do you do?
What’s research! Just kidding. I try to keep it minimal. Mostly online and I get called on things all the time with my beta readers! I am going to be swimming with the stingrays this summer as “research” Now that’s the kind I like!
What projects are you currently working on? What can you tell us about these projects?
I’m working on my Billionaire series right now, and throwing in a stand alone just to get it out. It’s been sitting on my computer for a while and it’s time to show it to the world!
How do you promote your books?
Newsletter swaps and paid promos.
What inspired you to write?
I get most of my ideas from my dreams first! It’s fun to put them on paper, making them come to life!
How did you get started as an author? What or whom inspired you?
See question above! The book I’m releasing now was the first dream I had. When I woke up I could still feel the emotion my characters felt and I knew I needed to get it on paper.
When did you write your first novel?
Seven years ago, but this is the first year I’ve been published!
What do you want readers to take away from reading your novel? Emotions. All the emotions, both good an bad. I want them to feel what the characters go through because that’s what I get out of reading. If an author can do that, I’m hooked for life.
What hobbies do you enjoy when you are not writing?
Gardening, going to the ocean, reading
